Paycheck Secure System Quick Tips
- Connect to the AllTrust Networks host every 20 minutes (for high-speed connection) or at least twice day (for dial-up connections)
- Check wire connections
- Reboot the system
Finger Scanning Quick Tips
- Place pad of finger firmly on the reader.
- Use only index fingers.
- Clean hard to read fingers with a baby wipe.
- Apply lotion to dry fingers to improve readability.
Check Cashing Tips
- Verify employment for all new customers and when existing customers try to cash checks from companies they hadn't cashed before.
- Do not call the phone number on the check to verify employment. Either use Paycheck Secure's contact lookup feature or call 411. Also, verify employment during work hours.
