AllTrust Networks, its retailers, affiliates and business partners reserve the right to use enrollment and account information, biometrics, and transaction data to protect AllTrust Networks retailers, affiliates and business partners from fraud. AllTrust Networks may elect at its sole discretion to actively pursue and prosecute those who attempt to defraud AllTrust Networks product and services, its users, its merchants and financial services partners or other third parties associated with AllTrust Networks. AllTrust Networks reserves the right to deny and/or withdraw use of AllTrust’s products and services to any person for any reason consistent with law.
Your Information Is Secure
AllTrust Networks uses reasonable information security measures including physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your data. Information collected by AllTrust Networks, or shared with us by our retailers, affiliates and business partners is protected by network and data encryption, when appropriate. We enforce strict security policies to ensure that only properly authorized individuals have access to your data and this type of access is limited to only that which is required.
If you participate in a AllTrust Networks product or service that requires a username and password, you are responsible for keeping that information private. AllTrust Networks will apply the above safeguards to that information. If you feel that your username and/or password has been compromised, you may have them changed by contacting us.
Products and Services Offered by Other Businesses
We may enable other businesses to offer you products or services available through marketing arrangements with our retailers or through direct engagement with AllTrust Networks. You may purchase these products and services through our retailers, online or via mobile services. We indicate to you when we offer products and services on behalf of other businesses and share with these businesses personal information related to your purchase of their products and services.
Legal Requirements and Protection of our Company
We may share your information in other special circumstances, which include situations when sharing is required by law, or we believe sharing will help to protect the safety, property, or rights of AllTrust Networks, our retailers, our affiliates and our business partners. Examples include:
- Protecting the safety of our employees
- Identifying and addressing fraud or financial risk
- Responding to search warrants or other valid legal inquiry
- Responding to an investigative body in the case of breach of an agreement or violation of law
In the event that all or part of our business is merged, sold or reorganized (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings), personal information about you could be shared with the successor business. We will use reasonable measures to ensure that any successor treats your information in accordance with this Policy.
When we send marketing communications to you, we use the following standards:

Retailers use AllTrust Networks products and services to enroll and identify consumers to provide financial services. Enrollment is generally done at the retailer location but may also be done directly with AllTrust Networks or through its affiliates and business partners. Your personal information collected may include identity data, biometric data, transactional data, historical data and other information required to provide you with financial services. Certain information, such as biometric data or information related to historical transactions, may be shared amongst all retailers via AllTrust Networks products and services.
AllTrust Networks may also collect data from devices you use to engage in our products and services. This includes computers, smartphones, cellphones, or other electronic devices. The information collected may include cellular phone number, IP address, device information, location and other behavioral information. To ensure a quality experience, some services will employ “cookies” or other means of temporarily storing data on your electronic device. The cookie is transmitted to our services to simplify identity verification, transactions and may employ tracking mechanisms. If you choose to not allow the use of device information or cookies, please consult the user manuals of your electronic devices to disable this functionality.
AllTrust Networks receives information from third parties that may be added to your consumer file or is used during transactions for fraud control and other purposes. If the third party discovers errors in their information about you they are legally obligated to notify us of the corrections which we also have a legal obligation to correct in your consumer file. You have the right to see your consumer file at any time and we will work with you to correct any data errors.
Your relationship with the retailer is separate from and in addition to your relationship with AllTrust Networks. You are responsible for understanding your retailers’ policy regarding its information-gathering and sharing of information.
If you take advantage of offers and services from the affiliates and business partners of AllTrust Networks, your relationship with them is separate from and in addition to your relationship with AllTrust Networks. You are responsible for understanding their policies regarding information-gathering and sharing of information.
We share personal information about you with service providers that help with our business activities, including email and text messaging service providers, marketing program managers, data analyst organizations, consumer reporting agencies, information bureaus and other companies that help us validate your identity or assist with risk management. We do not allow our service providers to use or share your personal information for any purpose other than providing us with data related to the above tasks.
Unaffiliated Third Parties
We may share your information with business partners who perform consumer reporting or marketing services for third party companies unaffiliated with AllTrust Networks. Consumer reporting agencies use our data to research consumers in support of companies that provide financial services and other direct-to-consumer services. AllTrust Networks may provide your information to marketing organizations who either market their products or services directly to consumers or on behalf of third party companies unaffiliated with AllTrust Networks.
You may opt-out of sharing your data to unaffiliated third parties by contacting us by any of the methods listed below.
Disputes and Resolution
The AllTrust Networks consumer file containing your personal information is built up over time and may include multiple sources including our retailers, affiliates, business partners and service providers. As such, errors do sometimes occur. If you are notified by one of our retailers, affiliates, or business partners that AllTrust Networks is reporting negative or inaccurate information about you, you have the right to examine your consumer file. If you dispute the negative information, AllTrust Networks will assist you with contacting the party that reported that information so you may work with them directly to resolve the dispute. If AllTrust Networks is the source of the negative information, we will research the dispute with you and provide timely resolution.
You have the right to review your consumer file at any time by contacting us by any of the methods listed below.
How AllTrust Networks Might Contact You
AllTrust Networks may periodically contact you in writing, by email or by phone to update your account information.
We may send users occasional updates on service enhancements or new products. Users are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, because they may include important security information.
If you have contacted AllTrust Networks with a question or request, we will respond using the contact information you provided when you made that request, or using the information you voluntarily provided at enrollment.
AllTrust Networks may occasionally run contests or conduct surveys. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary.
Updating Account Information
AllTrust Networks will not change your account information without your permission. If you are enrolled in any of the AllTrust products or services, you may update or correct your information at any authorized AllTrust Network retailer by any of the methods listed below.
